Reflect, Refine and Reimagine:

Your leadership yearbook

If you’re leading in healthcare, it’s been a year, right?

Healthcare always has its share of ups and downs but there are years when you wonder - will it ever end? Surely there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

If that’s the year you’ve had - then this is for you. It’s the rinse and spin of all that’s been going on and the hanging on the line of what you want to keep.

Your permission to pause and create precious space for you.

Here are 23 pages of pure you: self-coaching with structure and frame so you don’t get tangled into more of a mess than when you started.

What’s special about this - is that it appreciates your leadership and that work matters to you. It gets practical about how you do that as well as this thing called life. It’s not ignoring how much work matters it’s giving you the tools to place it appropriately and make progress without sacrificing everything else.

Here’s what you’ll get

First up, you reflect.

There will be a million brilliant and wonderful things that happen. We’re just not that good at remembering them. This is the time to re-create that joy and celebrate all that you’ve achieved, made progress on and had a great time doing.

There are always lessons and moments of ‘I won’t do that again’ or ‘this is what I’ll do next time’. These are marvellous moments - because that’s you being better every day.

Next, you get to choose what stays with you, what lessons are worth remembering, and what you are done with. Refine and decide what you want.

This is where you step into your space of control. You claim and stand in your power - you have more than if feels like right now.

Lastly, reimagine the possibilities for 2025.

We have no idea what the days, weeks and months will bring. You can be clear on some things. The attitude you want to take into the year, the feelings you want to create, projects you will make progress on and habits that will sustain you. You get to play with the ideas, and options and make sense of all the possibilities.

I’ll be making a huge pot of tea, stacking up the biscuits and taking my time. Enjoy it your way.

I love this stuff

I’ve always enjoyed those days when the year rolls over as a symbolic moment to take time to reset and consider what’s worked and what’s no longing doing me any favours.

Space to ask the big questions and not rush for any answers.

To be honest with you, I lap this up and usually do a couple of different workbooks. Each has its specific focus and at the end, I feel very fulfilled and refreshed.

It’s like giving every area of my life a big rinse and spin.

Then seeing clearly what I’m hanging up on the line to use next year.
