I make little in the way of apology for my love of Star Wars or why it think it relates to leading in healthcare. You may find some explanation here  (or not) Last year to mark Star Wars Day I shared a collection of quotes on my social media sites (here and here) . I also decided to try some more learning and develop my own printable collection of Star Wars wisdom that resonates and relates to leading in healthcare.

Inspired by this book and a poster that has travelled with me for many years I explored the number of ways to create my own printable. What occurred were a number of growth mindset moments, followed by big 'do what you know or you'll never get this done’ and ‘done is better than perfect’ moments. The fruits from last year can be printed from here.

There is wisdom in the words whether you are a fan or not, or even it you have no idea what I'm going on about.
