Wayfinding Leadership

I want to introduce you to Chellie Spiller and her book Wayfinding Leadership. With a Te Ao Māori perspective that correlates leadership with the traditional skills of Māori wayfinders. Who by using the moon, stars, winds and currents can navigate and cross waters. As leaders in healthcare, we are facing times of uncertainty, change and the search for new horizons; these are the exact conditions wayfinders work in. 

The book, written along with Hoturoa Barclay-Kerr and John Panoho, flows you through the waypoints and presents practical ways to adapt and evolve this style of leadership into the way you lead. 

The five waypoints are:

• Exploring and discovering destinations
